IMO there is a few things that are overpowered but nothing major. All in all it's pretty well balanced. There was a need for changes for some ships (Belliclose.......) but the devs did this with the upcomming patch so yes eve is quite well balance...

The problem with the sweatshops is that there is people playing these barges you call macro-miners. Usually it's one guy for several accounts and you can find them in any game. The GM's contact them and get an answer wich is where the problem lies...

Hehe i passive shield tanked a cerberus last night. That with an armor tanked sacrilege! The sacs shields aren't all that bad. Then again who would shoot a sac with havocs normally? I really really wish the sac would have gunnery boni though...
